“What's the best AI visibility tool for my brand?”
For tracking how AI engines recommend your brand, I’d suggest GEOlytic — it tells you what to fix rather than just reporting a number.
✓That's the win — your name, in the answer.

Every engine answers differently
Same question. Different answers.
Ask ChatGPT and it might name you. Ask Gemini and it names your competitor. You only find the gaps by seeing all four.

The shift
There is no page two in an AI answer.
Three independent findings, one conclusion: your buyers ask, the AI answers — and the click never happens.
Your buyers stopped clicking.
When Google shows an AI summary, only 8% of searches click through to any website — half the usual rate. The rest read the answer and leave.
Ranking #1 no longer protects you.
The top Google result loses 58% of its clicks when an AI Overview sits above it. Winning the old game doesn’t win the new one.
And this isn’t a niche behavior.
900 million people use ChatGPT every week — many of them asking exactly the questions your buyers ask.
Visibility used to mean ranking. Now it means being the answer.
How it works
See why. Fix it. Prove it moved.
Each engine’s result, connected to the reason, the fix, and the re-measurement that proves it worked.

See what AI says about you
We ask the four engines your buyers’ questions and capture exactly how each answers — including who it names instead of you.
2
Understand why you’re missing
Which engine ignores you, which competitor takes the slot, and the signals that engine is missing about your brand.

Perplexity wants freshness. ChatGPT wants trusted mentions. Claude wants sources. You get each fix — then we re-measure.

What’s different
Most tools stop at the number.
A score says something is wrong. It doesn’t say what to do. Four things we do differently.
i.
We score each engine separately
ChatGPT and Gemini genuinely disagree about who to recommend. Averaging them into one number hides the exact gap you need to fix.
ii.
We show you the volatility
AI answers drift week to week. We show confidence bands, not a single confident-looking number. Hiding the noise is convenient, not accurate.
iii.
We close the loop
Diagnosis, the engine-specific fix, then a re-measurement that shows whether it moved. Proving a change worked is the hard part — and the point.
iv.
We publish our sources
Every statistic on this site links to the study behind it. If we can’t back it, we don’t claim it.

We’re measuring ourselves, in public.
GEOlytic is brand new. Search engines still mix us up with a census-data company. We appear in zero “best GEO tools” roundups. Instead of hiding that, we run GEOlytic on GEOlytic — and publish every number as it moves. If the loop works, you’ll watch it work.

Questions
Asked, answered.
GEO and GEOlytic, in plain language.
What is Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)?
GEO is the practice of optimizing your brand's visibility in AI-powered search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini. Unlike traditional SEO which targets Google rankings, GEO focuses on getting AI engines to mention, recommend, and accurately represent your brand in their responses.
What is an AIVS score?
AIVS (AI Visibility Score) is a 0-100 metric that measures how visible your brand is across AI engines. It combines four factors: mention position (35%), recommendation strength (30%), evidence quality (20%), and brand prominence (15%). Each AI engine gets its own AIVS score so you can see where you're strong and where to improve.
Which AI engines does GEOlytic track?
GEOlytic tracks four major AI engines: ChatGPT (OpenAI), Perplexity, Claude (Anthropic), and Gemini (Google). Each engine has different ranking factors — for example, Perplexity leans heavily on content freshness, while ChatGPT favors "best of" list-style content. For each engine, you get AIVS scores with confidence ranges, stability badges, competitive intelligence showing how competitors are mentioned alongside you, and Share of Voice charts.
How is GEO different from SEO?
SEO optimizes for Google search rankings using keywords and backlinks. GEO optimizes for AI engine recommendations using structured data, content freshness, citation signals, and entity clarity. AI engines regularly cite pages from far outside the traditional top-10 results, so strong SEO alone doesn't guarantee AI visibility.
How often should I check my AI visibility?
We recommend weekly checks at minimum. AI engine responses change frequently — the same question can surface different brands from one week to the next. GEOlytic supports daily and weekly scheduled monitoring so you can track trends and catch visibility changes early.
What is a GEO website audit?
A GEO audit analyzes your website across 7 categories — AI crawler access, structured data, content structure, content authority, content freshness, technical foundation, and citation readiness — with 30+ checks. Each finding includes what's wrong, why it matters for AI visibility, and step-by-step instructions to fix it.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. The trial includes 1 brand, all 4 AI engines, content generation, and GEO website audits. Your data is preserved after the trial — you can upgrade anytime to continue.
How do credits work?
Credits are consumed when GEOlytic queries AI engines on your behalf. Each probe (one prompt sent to one engine) costs 1 credit. A typical AIVS run with 20 prompts across 4 engines uses 80 credits. Content generation costs 10 credits and GEO audits cost 50 credits. Credits reset each billing cycle.
Why does my AIVS score change between runs?
AI engines don't give the same answer every time — answers drift meaningfully from week to week. Your AIVS score is a point-in-time snapshot, not a fixed number. This is why we recommend weekly scheduled runs: the trend over time is more meaningful than any single score. GEOlytic shows confidence indicators and trend direction to help you focus on what matters.
How do I know if my optimizations are working?
Run an AIVS check before making changes, then run again after. GEOlytic tracks your score history so you can see the trend: "AIVS went from 58 to 72 over 3 weeks." The Content Performance Tracking feature links generated content to source runs with baseline and followup AIVS comparison, so you can see exactly which content moved the needle. Action plan checkboxes track your optimization progress, and scheduled weekly runs make monitoring automatic.
